We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information. The Service employs Google Analytics to measure and evaluate access to and traffic on the public area of the site and create user navigation reports.

We share Personal Data only with the following, and only as needed to operate the Service:
- Lenders in our network, when you submit a refinancing request and consent to sharing (see “Sharing Your Information with Lenders” below).
- Google, for website analytics (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager).
- Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors use our pages (such as clicks and scrolling) so we can improve the site. Clarity is set up to mask form entries.
- Cloudflare, which delivers our website, protects it from attacks and checks form submissions for spam (Cloudflare Turnstile).
- Our web hosting and email providers, which store the website and deliver form notifications to us.
Some of these providers may store data outside your province or Canada. By submitting information through the Service, you agree to this transfer.
Disclosure of Data
We may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- Comply with a legal obligation
- Protect and defend the rights or property of Sprout Services Ltd.
- Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service

Sharing Your Information with Lenders

When you submit a refinancing request on ceba.ca, we collect the information you enter: your name, business name, email, phone number (optional), province, CEBA balance, monthly revenue, time in business, industry and type of business.
With your consent, we share this information with one or more lenders in our network so they can contact you about refinancing your CEBA loan. Each lender handles your information under its own privacy policy. We may receive a referral fee from a lender if you obtain financing through it.
We also use this information to contact you about your request. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us; this will not affect information already shared with a lender before you withdrew.
Security of Data
The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services, or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Cloudflare Turnstile
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from spam and abuse. When you load a page with a form, Turnstile checks your browser to confirm a person, not automated software, is submitting it. Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details for this purpose under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
